ZKS mining vibrating screen is a medium-size multi-layer rough screening machinery. It is designed as a durable rough screening machine for industries like mining, coal, building material, dewatering, etc.
It is mainly used for 5~100 mm dry solid particle rough screening. Its screen mesh is available in various types including woven screen, plate screen, wedge-bar screen and grid screen, which extend its application range, and make it very suitable for different solid screening.
It is a medium-size mineral rough screening machine, suitable for 5~100 mm solid particle with capacity less than 100 ton/h.
The vibration source is vibrator motor. Compared with structure of motor and exciter, user reduce the high maintenance cost for shafts and bearings. The vibrator motor also has less wearing parts. Its working is also more stable.
Compared with YA or YK large-size mining vibrating screen, this medium mineral vibrating screen have a much lower cost. Its beneficiary is aimed to these users who own small mineral production line and require a small capacity (10~100 ton/h). This machine could help to save much cost for them.
With small dimension and simple design, there is almost no wearing parts on this machine, which eliminate high maintenance cost. It is also very helpful to reduce downtime and increase the output.
Above the sieve mesh, there is a set of optional cleaning system--water spray bar system. It can finish cleaning the sieve quickly and efficiently. It is very suitable for slurry, grit, coal, limestone, mineral ore, etc., solid and liquid separation and dewatering application.
The machine dimension, decks, variable Voltage, and other Non-standard design could be customized according to user’s requirements.

Each batch of raw material will be tested by our quality inspection staff. The qualified material will be stored in our warehouse, while the unqualified material will be returned to the supplier. Accordingly, we will lower this supplier’s credit rating.
When the production department receives a production plan, the workers will get corresponding materials from the warehouse. After the tests and initial processing, our skillful workers with years of working experience, can process highly precision plates, and the waste material is quite limited.
Besides the skillful workers, our company also have 4 complete Component production line. Every component is processed with high quality standard.
When all the components are processed and tested, the assembling procedure will start. The whole assembling procedure is conducted according to the requirements specified in the productions plan.
Before being packed and delivered to the clients, the finished products will be tested. During the tests, large vibrating screening machines will run continuously for 8 hours, and the small ones will run for 4 hours. The quality is judged by related parameters, sound, and vibration performance during the running.
For the package, we use fumigation-free plywood case that are up to the international standards. Comparing with natural wood, this kind of plywood is thicker, stronger, and more durable. Outside the cases, we use 0.5mm thick steel belt to further strengthen the package so that the products can reach our client safely.
