XZS Rotary vibrating screen is a high performance fine screening machine, used mainly for sieving, scalping, removing impurity, grading and filtering to improve product quality. Our team has rich experience for its usage in food, chemical, ceramic, medicine, metallurgy, pollution abatement.etc. The rotary vibrating screen improve some designs for the net frame and screener frame. The new structure is based on MM design concept (Maximize the effective screen area, Minimize the dimension); The vibrator motor is as power source, the spring suspension transmit directly the vibration to screen cloth to increase rate of passing screen cloth.

APO Safety System—(Automatic Power Off Safety System)

The APO Safety System is integrated in the motor. In case of short circuit, Phase loss, electric leakage and unstable voltage, the motor can cut off the power automatically to safeguard the machine and your staff.

Fine screening

On the rotary vibrating screen, the screen cloth is stainless steel wire woven mesh, the finest reach to 600 mesh (0.02mm). And the Counterweight Fast Adjustment System can control to regulate the material motion on screen cloth, and keep longer screening time to finish fine screening.

Rapid Replacing Screen Cloth.

The rotary vibrating screen adopts a very simple design to tension and install screen cloth, it is very easy to replace. Two staff could finish replacing in 10 minutes. The downtime could be reduced.

Fast adjustment counterweight system.

The vibrator motor is the key part of the machine. Its counterweights angle impact directly the material movement on screen cloth. To meet the needs of different screening, user have to adjust the counterweight angle and vibration force. The Fast Adjustment Counterweight System can help user to regulate the vibration force and material movement in a few minutes without dismantling machine. It is also very helpful to reduce downtime and improve the productivity

1.Raw Material inspection

Each batch of raw material will be tested by our quality inspection staff. The qualified material will be stored in our warehouse, while the unqualified material will be returned to the supplier. Accordingly, we will lower this supplier’s credit rating.

2.Processing Technic

When the production department receives a production plan, the workers will get corresponding materials from the warehouse. After the tests and initial processing, our skillful workers with years of working experience, can process highly precision plates, and the waste material is quite limited.

3.Component Production

Besides the skillful workers, our company also have 4 complete Component production line. Every component is processed with high quality standard.

4.Product assembly

When all the components are processed and tested, the assembling procedure will start. The whole assembling procedure is conducted according to the requirements specified in the productions plan.

5.Finished products test.

Before being packed and delivered to the clients, the finished products will be tested. During the tests, large vibrating screening machines will run continuously for 8 hours, and the small ones will run for 4 hours. The quality is judged by related parameters, sound, and vibration performance during the running.

6.Packing and shipping

For the package, we use fumigation-free plywood case that are up to the international standards. Comparing with natural wood, this kind of plywood is thicker, stronger, and more durable. Outside the cases, we use 0.5mm thick steel belt to further strengthen the package so that the products can reach our client safely.

Ease of cleaning.

The rotary vibrating screen is a considerable fitness equipment in palm oil production line prior to package. The impurity could be filtered out successfully. Besides the high efficient filtering, the cleaning for screen cloth is also very easy and convenient. Excellent sealing make sure no liquid leakage to keep production line sanitation and safety.

Sanitation, safety and efficiency

The machine meets Europe CE standard and the American 3-A sanitary standard and FDA guidance for good processing industry. All machine surfaces that contact with food materials is made of good grade stainless steel 304/316 and treated by satin finish technique. The machine’s enclosed structure can remarkably reduce the powder pollution to the environment, and the exotic contamination to the food can be also avoided.
