It is highly used for grading powder and granule, and filtering fluid in laboratories and testing rooms. It could help user to analyze precisely the granularity and powdery materials, and determine the different material proportion, distribution, and impurity content etc.
The test sieve standard dimension is 200X50 mm (Diameter 8”), accords with international standard. The additional diameter is 300mm (12”) as optional.
The mesh size of test sieve have a top strict standard. Each of mesh size is gained by calculating strictly based on Tyler Formula, which make sure a high sieving precision
The fundamental mesh size is from 2.36mm to 0.02mm, which adopts stainless steel wire woven mesh, conform to GB/T6003.1-1997 equivalent to Tyler Standard. For the mesh size bigger than 2.36mm, it adopts plate perforated mesh, conform to GB/T6003.2-1997 equivalent to Tyler standard.
The timer system is integrated in the machine. User could control freely the screening time from 1~60 minutes without the need of additional timing tool, which is favorable for writing down the testing data, and increase the accuracy of testing data and screening,
As a lab equipment, its working noise level is controlled at a much lower standard. Four soft rubber pads are mounted at the bottom, without bounce balls structure, its working noise is controlled below 65 dB.
Its working voltage could be customized based on customer’s requirement, such as North America 110V 60Hz, Europe 220V 50Hz, Australia 240V, 50Hz, etc.
For ensuring the screening precision in various of industries, the ultrasonic system could be also equipped on requirement.

Each batch of raw material will be tested by our quality inspection staff. The qualified material will be stored in our warehouse, while the unqualified material will be returned to the supplier. Accordingly, we will lower this supplier’s credit rating.
When the production department receives a production plan, the workers will get corresponding materials from the warehouse. After the tests and initial processing, our skillful workers with years of working experience, can process highly precision plates, and the waste material is quite limited.
Besides the skillful workers, our company also have 4 complete Component production line. Every component is processed with high quality standard.
When all the components are processed and tested, the assembling procedure will start. The whole assembling procedure is conducted according to the requirements specified in the productions plan.
Before being packed and delivered to the clients, the finished products will be tested. During the tests, large vibrating screening machines will run continuously for 8 hours, and the small ones will run for 4 hours. The quality is judged by related parameters, sound, and vibration performance during the running.
For the package, we use fumigation-free plywood case that are up to the international standards. Comparing with natural wood, this kind of plywood is thicker, stronger, and more durable. Outside the cases, we use 0.5mm thick steel belt to further strengthen the package so that the products can reach our client safely.
